Services
At Mishnock Wellbeing, I offer a range of therapeutic and psychological support services for children, young people, parents, and professionals. My approach is relational, compassionate, and tailored to individual needs, with a focus on emotional understanding, regulation, and wellbeing.
All sessions are currently offered online unless otherwise stated.
These sessions focus on helping adults and young people understand their emotional patterns and develop practical ways to manage strong feelings.
We explore what happens when emotions feel overwhelming, and begin to build tools for recognising, tolerating, and responding to these experiences in a more regulated way.
Support may include:
Understanding emotional triggers and patterns
Developing coping and grounding strategies
Strengthening emotional awareness and expression
Building emotional regulation skills in relationships and daily life
For young people, this work may also involve supporting parents or carers to better understand and respond to emotional needs, helping to strengthen co-regulation at home.
This work is often helpful when emotions feel “too big”, unpredictable, or difficult to manage day-to-day.
Session length: 50 minutes
These workshops are designed for professionals, teams, and organisations who want to better understand emotional regulation and strengthen their ability to support emotional wellbeing in the workplace.
The focus is on developing practical, accessible understanding of emotional regulation, stress responses, and co-regulation, and how these impact behaviour, communication, and relationships in professional settings.
Workshops are delivered in a clear and applied way, linking psychological understanding to real workplace dynamics, team interactions, and client-facing roles.
Topics may include:
Understanding emotional regulation and stress responses in adults
Recognising triggers, escalation, and overwhelm in the workplace
Co-regulation and relational approaches in professional contexts
Supporting emotionally safe environments within teams and services
Responding to distress, dysregulation, or challenging interactions
Reflective practice and emotional awareness in professional roles
These sessions are particularly relevant for teams working in education, healthcare, social care, and other emotionally demanding environments, as well as corporate settings where wellbeing and communication are priorities.
Workshops can be tailored to the needs of your organisation and delivered online or in person (where applicable).
Session length and format can be adapted depending on group size and requirements.
These consultations offer a reflective space for parents and carers who are supporting a child or young person experiencing emotional, behavioural, or relational difficulties.
The focus of this work is on helping you make sense of what might be going on beneath the behaviour, and exploring ways to respond that support emotional safety, connection, and regulation.
Rather than working directly with the child, we think together about their needs and how you can support them in day-to-day life.
This may be helpful when:
Your child is experiencing big or overwhelming emotions
There are challenges at home or school that feel difficult to manage
You want to feel more confident and consistent in your responses
You are feeling stuck, unsure, or emotionally drained as a parent or carer
Sessions may include thinking about patterns, emotional triggers, attachment needs, and practical strategies for co-regulation at home.
Session length: 50 minutes
Art psychotherapy offers a creative and reflective space to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It can be particularly helpful when emotions are difficult to put into words.
Sessions are tailored to the individual and may include talking, creative expression, or a combination of both. No artistic experience is needed.
This may support:
Anxiety and low mood
Trauma and adverse experiences
Emotional and behavioural difficulties
Self-esteem and identity
